CWT 48V 2.5A 120W AC Adapter

Description

General purpose, fan-less, switch mode, 48V 2.5A (120W) AC adapter manufactured by Channel Well Technology (CWT). This AC adapter is suitable for any device requiring a 48V power supply and consuming maximum 120W power, and requiring a 2.5mm x 5.5mm barrel type power input plug,  such as: 3D printers, setp motors, LED lights, etc.

When use this adapter to power a 48V DC motors, please make sure the starting surge current of the motor is not larger than 2.5A.

Its output current (max 2.5A) is dominated by the connected device, in other words, the output current is drained by the connected device rather than forced by this adapter. If your device has specified a max power consumption rather than max current consumption, the maximum current can be calculated as the result of max power consumption dividing by 48, that is Current (A) = Power(W)/Voltage(V).
