If a product fails within the warranty period and the fault is not caused by incrrect handling or usage, we will repair it, replace it, or refund your money. We may request you to return the faulty product to us at your expense before we providing warranty service to you.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Hunterfield. If you are not satisfied in any way please return the item to us within 20 days of date of invoice, quoting your order number, name and address and we will refund the cost of the item(s) in full (less the appropriate value of any offer or discount you received). Refunds will be completed within 5 days of receipt of returned goods, otherwise please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return an order, you must package your order securely and return to Hunterfield Ltd at your expense. The returned items must be in a new, unused, and unworn condition. Hunterfield reserve the right to decline your return if you fail to take appropriate care of the items. Please obtain proof of postage for your package just in case it fails to reach us (N.B. proof of postage is not proof of delivery). It is also the responsibility of the customer to obtain suitable insurance for the value of the goods in the parcel.
